It can be various reasons for not loosing weight even after exercises and diet.
1. It is possible you may still be having hypothyroidism inspite of having normal
TSH.So get tested for thyroid antibodies also.
2.. Chronic stress and lack of sleep.
3.other non worried causes are eating more calories or less calories, muscular building, slow fat burn, any medications.
4.please continue your diet
A proper balanced diet-
Avoiding unhealthy food.slow weight reduction always
fits to any one.crashing diet will end up in health issues.
Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce hunger but also add to the bulk of the food.skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.
Reduce salt intake.
Avoid high calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.
5.start with more aerobic and less reps on strengthening exercises.
