Swollen neck and headache re like two different problems but may be related. The causes can be plenty. You need to be more elaborate in the type of swelling she is having so that we can help you. Right now it is best to have it examined from a surgeon.

I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck that are tender to the touch. They are resulting in a dull headache on the right side. This is also accompanied by high blood pressure. The swollen lymph nodes are subsequent symptom of a persistent cough I had for a couple weeks. What could be the possible cause(s)?
