What Are The Benefits And Side Effects Of Taking Losartan?

My Dr. just switched my blood pressure medicine from Valsartin 160mg to low sartain potassium 50mg. There are more side effect with low sartain than my old medicine. what is the benefit or pro s & Con s of taking low satain or is there another blood pressure medicine i could take?

I appreciate your concern, more or less all the medicines used for high blood pressure may have the same side effects. As a matter of fact, your physician is the best judge and physician always suggests the best medicine. If you have some side effects then you can discuss this with our physician. Both the medicine has the same properties, the names that you mentioned here, there may not be pro or cons of that.
