What Are The Benefits And Side Effects Of Bee Pollen?
Yes, thank you. I am 77 yrs old generally in very good health except for sinus problems. Usually under control. However, my energy and strrength levels have decreased....oldness I think. Anyway my dear friend bought me some Bee Pollen from Ohio HOney Co....well known. I just don t know anything about Bee Pollen and it s benefits...or side affects. That is why I clicked on WebMed. Can you advise?

Bee pollen does not have any clinically proven evidence for its efficacy. You can simply try it for symptomatic relief. However, antioxidants contained in the bee pollen might have some role.
