What Are The After Effects Of IUD Removal Surgery?
Yes I just had my IUD removed and was pain in my vaginal area... I was told that I had chlamydia. My partner was tested after I inform him but test came back negative. Neither one of us slept with anyone else so i m confused on how I could tested positive.
Slight pain and discomfort can happen after IUD removal. It will settle by itself without many complications.
Generally, no definite treatment is required. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab done to rule outback possible infective causes like chlamydia.
