General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Cranberry is safe and hardly has any adverse effects but drinking too much cranberry juice can cause diarrhea and stomach upset.

At times, there can be an allergic reaction in the form of hives; itching; rash; trouble breathing; chest pain or tightness in your chest; swelling of your lips, tongue, and throat.

Your facial rash seems to be due to allergic reaction so visit your clinician immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
