Hello, Thanks for letting us know your health concern. In the current scenario, you are likely to be experiencing a threatened abortion. Causes can be several and need to be evaluated properly by an expert. Infections, especially of the genital tract and the lower urinary tract are to be excluded. Hormone imbalances should be promptly treated since this is the period when the placenta begins to take over the function of sustaining the pregnancy. Sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route should be performed to know the status of the pregnancy. Absolute rest in bed with elevation of the foot end, medication to arrest the bleeding and regular follow up are mandatory. Please avoid stress and maintain healthy nutrition. Hope this helps.
