What Are Swollen Labia And Painful Cyst On Inner Thigh Suggestive Of?

Hello, One side of my labia(vaginal lip is completely swollen) Its bulgy big compared to the other one. I m just feeling on it and the masses that are making it big are really hard, like cartilage or something. What s going on down there? I noticed after I shaved the area I got them. And I have developed a painful cyst on my inner thigh two days ago... WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME?

You need a surgical intervention for its cure.
