I have a large cyst on my left ovary, I also have a thickened endometrial echo measuring 11mm. I have had blood tests done which reveal my hcg level is 91 (3-4 weeks pregnant). I also only have one tube after an ectopic pregnancy in november last year. What are the chances of a successful pregnancy?

There is a good chance of healthy pregnancy.. Get a scan done at 6-7 weeks to see for fetal pole and cardiac activity.. If everything is normal, regular scan has to done to see for the ovarian cyst.. if cyst size more than 5cm, it can be removed after 12 weeks of pregnancy without disturbing the uterus.. Rest is advised to prevent torsion of the cyst.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
