General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Nausea, shaking, pins and needles may not e related to H pylori or Stomach ulcers.
The new symptoms lasting for 3 weeks is a long time hence needs proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, urine and stool to know the cause which can be then treated specifically.
There can be deficiency of Multivitamins and minerals.
Diabetes should be ruled out.
Any other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms should be investigated and treated accordingly.
You should also get a fresh Upper GI Endoscopy to see for healing of ulcers and continue the treatment as needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
