What Are My Chances Of Getting Pregnant In Spite Of Taking Contraceptive Pill?

Please don t judge. Please just answer my question. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 7th, 3 days after my period was over. It was only for a very short time.. 5 minutes.. Maybe. Then we used a condom and had sex. We also had unprotected sex today, the 8th. My ovulation calendar says I ovulate on the 11th. It was very stupid of both of us, but we were both drunk off of our asses. Please don t judge.. Anyway, after we took a short nap, I woke up and my down there was hurting. Well, it turns out, there were videos and pictures on my phone that clearly showed us having unprotected sex. My boyfriend deleted them immediately after watching them and getting what he could of everything. I didn t watch them. I told him to let me, but he deleted them before I could. He said in the videos, we were going at it pretty hard, bare as a baby s butt. No condoms or anything. He said he felt it coming, so he pulled out, stroked it a few times, then disappeared because he ran to the bathroom because everything was coming out. I don t remember anything. Trying to be as responsible as I possibly could after doing the most irresponsible thing, about 3 or 4 hours after sex, when we woke up, I went and got a Plan B One Step Emergency Contraception Pill. Of course I could be, but what are the chances of the EC not working and me getting pregnant? He said he didn t *** inside of me or even on me at all, but I was trying being safe by buying and taking it. I took it at about 5:45 today. What are the chances I m pregnant? & what is it going to do to my period?

Hi, thanks for using HCM..
I understand your concern..Since you have used i pill within 72 hrs,it has reduced the chances of pregnancy by 89%. The most common side effect is nausea ; vomiting is much less common and unusual . Anti-emetics are not routinely recommended with levonorgestrel-only ECPs. If a woman vomits within 2 hours of taking a i pill, she should take a further dose as soon as possible.
Other common side effects were abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, dizziness, and breast tenderness. Side effects usually do not occur for more than a few days after treatment, and they generally resolve within 24 hours.
Temporary disruption of the menstrual cycle is also commonly experienced. If taken before ovulation, the high doses of progestogen in levonorgestrel treatments may induce progestogen withdrawal bleeding a few days after the pills are taken. If levonorgestrel is taken after ovulation, it may increase the length of the luteal phase, thus delaying menstruation by a few days. These symptoms last only for a month.. Hope i have answered ur queries.. Good day.
