Hi..My name is Yana,41 years old lady...This morning i stand up from my bed and almost lost balance.I feel also nausea..But house and things are not moving..I have trubble walking,when i move head,or leg i feel like i can fall . I have nausea very strong,feel like i can vomit...

it can be anxiety neurosis or in your case menupousalsyndrome. every owman during this period have horrible experience of psychological and physical problem can consult gynecologist for examination and advise on treatment.
