Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

You may give her even 25 mg per day instead of 50 mg, but do not stop the drug by any way as it is vital in her condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Salah Saad Shoman, Internal Medicine Specialist
