What Are Facial Pain, Headache, Dizziness And Anxiety Suggestive Of?

Is it possible that the following symptoms could be a precursor to a TIA/mini stroke or Heart attack... Symptoms: Jaw pain (circulating around the whole face, frontal head pain, dizziness, anxiety? My husband is 85 yrs old, has active CHF, Arterial disease, HTN, mild COPD, stage 3-4 kidney issues only one active kidney, triple-bypass with aortic valve replacement (10 yrs ago), chronic constipation, and several other issues. He had 2 TIA/mini strokes years ago. Please advise. thank you.

Hi,

Though these can be part of anxiety many times, keeping in consideration of the previous history of stroke and cardiac problems, I suspect some sort of neurologic disturbances in CNS.

I recommend to visit him to ER for further neurologic evaluation and guidelines to prevent any further damage to the brain.
