What Are Eltroxin, Pantosec And Volibo Prescribed For?

Patient is 81years old had a heart attack few months ago and recovering,I would highly appreciate if you would let me know which medicines belongs to which sickness. 1.Eltroxin 2.Pantosec IP. 3.Volibo 0.3. 4.Telmisartan IP80mg. 5.Pioz 30. 6.Tolflex150. 7.Admenta 5. 8.Liofen 10. 9.Rosufit CV10. 10. Gabapin SR 450. 11.Glycomet 500SR 12.Bio D3 Max. Thank you

Hello,

Following is the list of medications and their usage:
1) Tablet Eltroxin is used for controlling Hypothyroidism. Needs to be given early morning on empty stomach, then nothing to taken for about an hour.
2) Patosec Contains pantoprazol used to reduce stomach acidity. Needs t be taken about 40 minutes before breakfast
3) Tablet Volibo 0.3 for controlling after food blood glucose rise, an oral anti-diabetic drug, to be taken just after food
4) Tablet Telmisartan 80 mg a drug to reduce raised blood pressure
5) Tablet Pioz containing pioglitazone an oral anti-diabetes drug, helps reduce insulin resistance
6) Tablet Toliflex a muscle relaxant used reduce muscle rigidity
7) Tablet Admenta used for controlling symptoms of dementia in Alzheimer's disease
8) Tablet Loifen also has action on reducing muscle rigidity and helping symptoms related to that
9) Rosuufit CV10 for cholesterol reduction and helping proper blood flow in blood vessels
10) Tablet Gabapentine for relief of neuropathic pain and irritation burning sensation and
11) Glycomet SR Metformin for controlling blood glucose
