im in alot of pain in my lower an middle back an later on my period an no cramps but werid feeling belly button an my nipples are sore.

Hi,
These symptoms usually happens during menstrual period . Just u need to take rest n take analgesic(NSAID- Mefenemic acid) with anti spasmodic (Meftal spaz ) n PPI(pantoprazole ) with plenty of fluids
