Vomiting Bile, Dark Lips, Vomiting, Fever. Taking Tylenol. Treatment For Symptoms?

hello. since sunday night (today is thursday) i have been very sick. i went to the doctors the other day, and when i got home, i vomited bile , and i have done so for the last few hours since midnight. whats odd, my lips seem dark and purple after i vomit. i recently took my tempurature and it has gone down to 101.3 today. i have been taking tylenol the last week, but i stopped last night, and i seem to be a bit better. do you have any idea what caused my lips to go black?

Hello,
Purple lips usually indicates lack of oxygen.So its possible that you are holding breath while you throwup.I suggest to have a x-ray chest done to rule out any aspiration.Usually bile vomiting only one time with no other associated symptoms indicates empty stomach.Thank you.
