Vasal Vagal Syncope

I am 32 and was dx at 19 with v.v. syncope. Is there anyone out there who is also suffering with this syndrome? Cyndi? did your daughter do the tilt table test? They specifically told me it was syncope, does she pass out also? is it a genetic disorder? can my daughters get it? thank you cyndi. I ve had it for 13 years but cant seem to find anyone else with it. I ve been medicated for all 13 years. and always will be. I cannot stop taking it. hope your daughter is well. Thank you again.

My daughter has been diagnosed with vasal vagal syncope at age 14 after a history of fainting (always associated with stomach pain and/or vomiting). The episodes have been few but one last year at age 17 and this week at age 18 - there were 3 times she fainted (again being sick with stomach pain/vomiting) We went to urgent care and they said she might have gerd. We will follow up with gi testing - but should the neurological workup be redone since it has been 4 years. All tests done then were normal . But this is not normal for a healthy 18 year old girl to faint. She is very scared and has developed panic and anxiety attacks over the fear of Fainting in public. ????Help.

I m reading up on Vasal Vagal Syncope wondering if this maybe what I have. I was having a bowel movement and came to blockage, next thing i know i m going to pass out -well this time i hit my head on the bathtub before hitting the floor. It has happened to me throughout the years, most related cramps from having stool blockage. Do you think this is the right diagose for me?

I have a perfectly healthy 6 year old son. Three prior miscarriages - only 2 were tested and both were trisomy 13. I m now pregnant at 43. At 10 weeks the heart rate was 170. Seems that the baby may be measuring a few days bigger than what would be expected given the date of my last period. CVS is scheduled for next week. I m stressed. Does anything sound like there s a problem? Is is possible to have a healthy baby after our problems? Thanks!
