Height increases because of growth at the ends of long bones. They stopped growing around 18-19 years of age in male, due to hormonal influence on body permanently. No allopathic or ayurvedic medicine (self acclaimed) can increase height after that age.
If you are young then there is need to find out cause of short height. Common reason for short height are: Genetic, poor nutrition, lack of physical activity and hormonal imbalance. Get yourself evaluated for cause of short height and start treatment according to that.
Ayurvedic medicines come with usually with no side effect claim. You can ask prescribing physician or manufacturer regarding side effect of the medicine.
