hello, i having a pain in my upper back, and when i bend my neck backwards, or i just sit dawn, or sleep,,i have bad pain,,,and i barely can get up in the morning from bed. i went to x ray and mri with my neck,nothing showed on. i am on inflammatory in a last 5 weeks, not help..it s just good for my every day headache. i lift heavy but i didn t have a problem all day just a fallow morning i woke up like couldn t turn my neck...so i went to accupuncture, doctor, physio,,but nobody knows...i think i have bulging disc in my thoratic spine,,and i told to everyone this,,but everybody checking out my neck,,,only...which i think isn t the main problem, i think my neck is pain over my upper thoratic spine. can u tell me what can i do?thanks
