Unprotected Sex. Took Contraceptive. Bled For 3 Days. Implantation Bleeding?

I had my period August 6th, had unprotected sex August 12th or 13th. Took plan b one step 2 days after and then August 19th I got blood that looked brownish/red like a period, but it wasn't heavy..and lasted 3 days. I don't know if the plan b made my period off or I had implantation bleeding? I'm only 19 so I can't be pregnant right now I'm really scared.

Hi,
As you had unprotected sex during non fertile period and you took plan b tablet so there is less risk of having pregnancy.
The bleeding you had might be due to withdrawal bleeding due to plan b tablet.
