Underweight, Weakness, Racing Heart, Depression, Loss Of Appetite. What Could Be This?

hello doctor. my age is 23 years height is 5 7 and i weigh 43 kgs.. being under weight is becomin serious

issue for me.. i have weakness all the time, racing heart, and i feel depressed.. my appetite is not very

good, i feel hungry but i dont feel like eating..i have sleeping problem, i cant make myself fall asleep and

when i do, i get nightmares. this is my daily business since many years . now i am very much concernd about

my weight.. please guide me . if possible please tell me a good doctor in pune,India. as i live in Pune..

First thing in your case is,, as such you are from Indian so looking to the trend as long as the diseases are concern, the possibility of underlying infection should be rule out first, and for this you need to go for X-ray chest, total blood count, MT test etc. you may discus this with any good physician, you can even talk to your family Doctor, Have nice day.
