hi kevin, the ultrasound report is very simple , it just says that your wife is pregnant and along with that tere is also a small myoma which is nothing but a simple growth of the uterine muscle wall and usually harmless to a pregnancy when it is that small though one needs to moniter it during pregnancy as they have a tendency to grow during that time. The simple left ovarian cyst can also be ingnored as it may just resolve or really be nonconsequential. Having said that my suggestion would be to visit a gnacologist and get your wife checked and get the routine 1st trimester medication and then follow up the pregnancy with scans as prescribed by her . Take care.
