Ultrasound Results Revealed Myometrium, Ovaries, And Adnexa, Uterus Is Anteverted, Noadnexal Masses And Fluid Evident. Menaing?

My doctor won't return my call to explain my ultrasound results. So I pulled it off Mychart can some please explain this to me. "A negative hCG would exclude a pregnancy if this is a clinical concern" Does this mean there is a possibility I could be pregnant? Here are my ultrasound results:

Transabdominal examination was performed for overall assessment ofthe uterus and adnexal regions. Transvaginal ultrasound wassubsequently performed for additional visualization of theendometrium, myometrium, ovaries, and adnexa.
The uterus is anteverted measuring approximately 7 x 4 x 3.5 cm, 53cc. The endometrial echocomplex measures 11-12 mm in thickness withsecretory phase appearance. The sensitivity for detection of focalendometrial abnormality during the secretory phase is not high, butthe endometrial interface appears intact with single layerendometrial thickness approximately 5-6 mm and no focal lesion isseen. No uterine myomata are evident. Repeat evaluation on day 6-10of the menstrual cycle would be helpful.
The right ovary measures approximately 3.4 x 2.7 x 2 cm, 9 cc. Theleft ovary measures approximately 2.1 x 1.9 x 1.5 cm, 3 cc. Noadnexal masses or fluid collections are evident. A negative hCGwould exclude a pregnancy if this is a clinical concern.

Hi there ~

I understand your anxiety about your ultrasound report. I also would like to reassure you that your ultrasound report is good and there is no cause for concern. I believe the last statement is being made as you probably expressed concern about possible pregnancy and it is suggesting that you get a urine or a serum pregnancy test to determine this. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
