USG Done In 13th Week Of Pregnancy. Should I Be Worried?

My wife is found pregnant in avg. 13 weeks. We have done the USG yesterday (20/11/2013) & there is mentioned that the single live foetus in avg. 12 weeks 5 days maturity with unstable lie at present. I need to clear that it is the sign of any concern. Please suggest.

The age of fetus is 12 weeks 5 days which is normal for her. The words single live intrauterine fetus is a normal terminology used to describe the developing fetus.

Unstable lie at 12 weeks 5 days is also normal and means that the fetus is actively changing head positions. Please do not worry for it.
