hi,
in case of regular ovulatory cycles and normal semen analysis proper planning will help in getting pregnancy,
you track your ovulation with ovulatory kits,
plan intercourse during that period,
normally in case of regular cycles between 12 to 16 days will be ovulatory period,
if you plan intercourse in that period at least on alternative days the chances of pregnancy will increase.
if even then you are not able to conceive you consult gynecologist once to find out any other underlying problem and get treated.
take care.
