Trouble in swallowing, choking, breathing difficulty, swollen throat. Suggestions?

i am having trouble swallowing , choking... i have been seeing a dr now thats tyring to help....but the fear of eating anything has taken over, and now im just on liquids. i recently had a esophageal monometry, and im awaiting the results... what do i do till then ? i dont dare eat alone and feel like im starving....i dont know if this has something to do with the lower sphincter or having a harder time berathing and my throat feels swollen.. sigh, what can i do ?

Nothing to worry, do not have any guess work and wait till report comes.
Meanwhile take plenty of liquids, fruit juices, ice creams which are enough to maintain your calories and energy.
