Triglyceride Level 253, Cholesterol 245, Bp Lower 90/ 100, Upper 140-160. Homeopathic Medicine Ineffective. TGL Lowering Diet Suggestions?

My triglyceride level is 253 mg/dl and total cholesterol is 245 mg/dl (HDL=38 and LDL=158) and BP limits generally are 90/100 (lower) and 140-160 (upper). I think this all because of high levels of TGL. Currently I am taking homeo medicine for BP which are not very effective. Would you suggest some diets to lower TGL ?

Hello,
You are a hypertensive person with high triglycerides,high LDL snd low HDL.
All this constitutes a cardiovascular risk for you and you need not only dieatary modifications and regular aerobic exercises but regular medications to bring down your high blood pressure.
Although homeopathic medicines are good in various problems,but these would prove to be very ineffective as far as your hypertension and high lipid profile is concerned.
As far as diet is concerned,avoid...
Avoid alcohol.
Fatty and greasy diet.
Avoid sweets,colas and junk foods like pizza,burger,noodles etc
Avoid ghee,butter and transfats.
Consume more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Consume less of salt for control of blood pressure.
Do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Do consult a physician and start allopathic medicines for blood pressure as well as high cholesterol and triglycerides.
