Treatment For Flashing Light In Outer Corner Of Eyes After Cataract Surgery?

I HAD CATARACT SURGERY IN BOTH EYES ABOUR 6 YEARS. NO PROBLEMS. IN THE PAST FEW DAYS I HAVE HAD FLASHING LIGHT APPEAR IN THE OUTTER CORNER OF ONE OF MY EYES. MY FLOATERS HAVE BEEN RARE OVER THE YEARS, BUT IN THE LAST FEW DAYS THEY ARE TERRIBLE???

Hi..
Thanks for the query..
The symptoms of flashes are not related to cataract surgery..
They can be due to some degenerative changes in the retina.
You need to undergo a complete ocular examination including the peripheral retina..
