Treatment For Constant Hunger Despite Eating Proper Meals?

Hi,

im 26 years old female. Recently i always feel tired and very drowsy. I also feel very hungry even after eating. My BMI is 20 and i eat fairly healthly.

I was diagnosed with deudanal ulcers a couple years ago, but that problem seems to be ok for now.

My problem really is the constantly feeling hungry even eating porriage ( i dont take sugar).

Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, if you feel hungry all the time then it may be due to endocrine dysfunction but in this age of just 26 years the most probable cause would be depression, some functional elements might be playing the role behind this, try to have enough of sleep keep the regular habit of having meal on fix time every, try some exercise.
