Treatment For Back And Neck Pain Apart From Pain Killers?

I'm suffering from Back & neck pain. This has been going on for 30+ years. I was recently a patient of Dr Hasan and was on morphine. I had originally consulted her for radio frequency ablation. It was 4 months before she could do the procedure. in the meantime I was prescribed oxycon & then morphine. I wanted to cut back on the drugs and after a test came back with low levels I was discharged. I need to find another doctor. All the doctors you're showing are internists & family doctors. Not what I was looking for.

dear friend, first of all one should try to find out the cause of your suffering.then it would be easy to plan the treatment.For that you need to answer few question-
1.your age/sex/job?
2.beside backache pain at other joint?
3.which time of the day pain is more & how it is relieved?
4.any other disease?
meanwhile you can do back excercises along with diet rich in calcium and vitamin D.
