Toddler With Cold And Chest Infection. Blisters In Hand And Mouth. Solution?

My one year old has been unwell for around 8 weeks now. It began with a general cold, which developed into a chest infection, followed by hand foot and mouth virus, with blistering to the hands, mouth as well as two mouth ulcers . He is now past the blistering and again has cold symptoms, runny nose, but is also exceptionally tired, unsettled, poor appetite and randomly vomiting. I am very worried?
