What Do Symptoms Such As Breathlessness, Chest Pain, Dizziness And Vomiting Indicate?
Today i was at work and had to walk 2 blocks to get a car, I have COPD and Heart Disease and a defibrilator. The day had been a good day no problems. As i was walking i got very short of breath and chest started to hurt as i got to the car. I got in along with a coworker and thats all i remember until i woke up maybe a minute later and pooped myself. My coworker said she tried talking to me but i wasnt responding just shaking. What happened?

You have to do urgent ECG to the heart and cardiac enzymes as well, it seems to me you had a heart attack.
