Tiredness, Increased Appetite, Upset Stomach, Hernia, Veins Popping In Breast And Arm. What Is The Cure?

Hello,
For the past couple of weeks I have been more tired than usual and increased appetite. But just recently I have noticed that my veins are popping out. In my breasts and arms. Also my stomach has been upset but I have a hernia so it could be from that. Can you help me out please.

Thank you for your time.
