Tiny Yellow Dots With Redness, Swollen And Sensitive Head After Hit On Head Followed By Bleeding And Concussion. Is This Serious?

About a year ago I had my head smashed into the corner of a granite table top it punctured the left rear of my head Igot a concusion and it was bleeding on and off for about six to eight months before finally healing now the area where it healed is covered in tiny yellow dots and it is redish and slightly swollen still very sinsitive to pressure

Any head injury should be taken seriously, if you have done your CT scan then it is important to get it done, your history is chronic one so the investigation is the only option remained here no question to say for wait and watch, have nice day.
