Tiny Small Spots On Head Of Penis Like Friction Burn After Masturbation And Intercourse. Advice

Hi, for the past two months after every time I have sex with my girlfriend or masturbation I get these tiny small spots on the head of my penis that looks a little like it could be friction burn. Me and my partner have only slept with each other in the time we have been together and these symptoms have only occurred after the birth of our daughter. They don't always appear after every time we have sex but most times they do. Could you please advise as I feel embarrassed to approach a doctor.

Thanks for your query. based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting red spots on glans penis after masturbation or sex.

This is most likely to be due to dry vigorous masturbation and sex. Please use lignocaine lubricant jelly while having sexual activities.

Ensure to wash your genitals with wash warm water immediately after sexual activity.
