There are three very important aspects of your treatment
1... Control of your thyroid functions
2... Restriction of calories
3.. Very active forms of exercises like aerobics
Use of products like herbal life are very controversial and as such we don't recommend it's use for loss of weight.
It is better to take a help of a professional dietician to achieve weight loss instead of resorting to any slimming products.
