Dear sir my bone of my hand near to palm is getting thin day by day, i dont know what is happening with me.I just harrased when i mix my hand with my friends in office, my friends told me how much small is ur hand. i feel very bad, i have severe gastritis problem and IBS . pls tell me what can i do to increase my bone width.
