Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is important to see the images to know the exact location and possibilities as the report findings do not mention any differential diagnosis for the abnormal area.

However, such a lesion is usually treated by medications. Please discuss with your doctors.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vivek Chail, Radiologist
