The Elevator Stopped Working In The Condo Where We Stayed

The elevator stopped working in the condo where we stayed in January so we had to climb 8 stories to get to our room. After about the 6th floor, the feeling went out of my legs and I had to stop for about 30 seconds before the feeling came back. then it left again when I got to the 8th floor. I waited about 30 seconds again before I could continue. I had no pain anywhere but was short of breath. I had a stress test 2 years ago and had to stop before my targeted heart rate was achieved of 128 because I was short of breath. The heart doctor said there was nothing wrong with my heart at that time. After that I had a test on my legs to see if they were getting enough blood and they were. Then I had a back Xray and they told me I had moderate arthritis and some degenerative disc disease. Evidently that was not too bad because the doctor did not go any farther. I take 2 Prilosec a day because of heart burn, (doctors advise), blood pressure medicine, two cholesterol medicines and one Flomax pill along with one daily aspirin.
