38 year old male.. difficulty in maintaining erection consistently.. tried viagra, cialis and other similiar types and none seem to work.. i haven't had but two full erections (100%) throbbing in the last 10 years.. most times is 60-80 percent erect but that last 20 is most important.. i had been on 2cc of depo. every two weeks up until a month ago.. it did help some .. but normally ... I am not overweight still fairly athletic.. i have been diagnosed with thalassemia but i had no problems up until about 10-12 years ago.. could this be a coronary issue.. ? could i possible have a blockage or an issue with my prostate ? I am desperate here.. My previous urologist just kept me on the depo. for the last 2 years and it got my T-level up but we haven't gone any further... what can i do ? can you point me in the right directions.. this is killing sex life with my wife and my self esteem..help me please
