What can I expect the treatment to be for the following: Moderate chondromalacia of the patella, bone marrow oedema, red marrow reconversion, tendinopathy of the deep fibres of insertion of patella tendon to the inferior pole of patella, Chondromalacia of patella with mild osteocarthritic change, Partial tear of superior patella tendon.

I read your query carefully and I understood your concern very well. I hope I can help you.

To treat your disease one of the best way is physical exercise and physiotherapy.
As for the medication treatment you should take Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs), like Meloxicam 5mg a day.
Also use Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate).

Those medicines can be use only for short times and you shouldn't use those medicines together.
Benefits of surgery are not safe so I don't recommend it.
