Testes, Lower Back Aches Shortly After Urinating, Urethra Burning. What Could Be The Reason?

Lately whenever I urinate, my testes, and lower back start to ache shortly afterwards. Additionally, sometimes, ( about 1 in 5) it is uncomfortable to urinate; it feels like my urethra is burning. I am going to a clinic here in a few days to get an STI screening but I don t think I have anything to worry about, a this is a recent (within the last few days) development and I haven t been sexually active for nearly 9 months, additionally, I have always used protection. What is going on? Might also be worth noting that the external opening to my urethra had been, on and off, itchy for a period of several months. When I was younger, I had it surgically widened as a result of it being too narrow to pee and as a result part of the opening is always exposed. I chalked it up to being dry and a change in body wash seems to have remedied this, but thought it eorth mentioning.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you might be having urinary tract infection, due to stone on the ureter near the bladder, or prostatis, or a STI or a casual infection.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. urine examination, etc for confirmation. Thank you.
