Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

Multiple bodily symptoms like the ones you have mentioned might be because of underlying depression. However, first I would like to rule out other organic causes for the same. Complete blood counts, ESR, thyroid function tests, liver and renal function tests would be required initially. If all organic work up turns out to be normal, it is possible that you might be suffering from fibromyalgia or somatoform disorder with or without depression.

You should consult a psychiatrist for your symptoms. You haven't mentioned the name of the anti-depressant that you are taking. Duloxetine can be an effective option for you. Regular exercise will also help.

Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
