Dermatologist 's  Response haven't mentioned how long you have taken Isoin/Tufacne.It is generally to be taken for 3 to 6 months with close monitoring with certain tests. It is generally avoided in women of child bearing age group. You may have to restart treatment with Isoin or any other medicine which your doctor may feel fit.
