Taken Speed And MDMA. Swollen Tongue, White Spots, Throat Pain When Swallowing. Will This Heal Automatically?

Hi, i am worried. I took speed for the first time on saturday but a fair amount and also mdma which was my forth time and also a load of nos ballons i was bombing them and dapping occasionally but not much at all, at around 5pm yesterday my tongue started to swell and white spots started appearing people were saying to me the chem burns, but i thought it could be thrush on the tongue, well today i was on a bad come down so my tongue didn t help, theres no swelling anymore but the white spots still hurt and it feels fury when i swallow, and my throat is sore. Will this go automatically?is there anything i can do, its really annoying and irritating me now, its uncomfortable when i eat&drink and also talk but is that it wearing off?I was looking at things on the web tonight and some things scared me, i will never touch them again im just thinking the worst and worrying myself,

White spots on tongue can be due to-fungal infection.

An tifu ngal antibiotics like N Y S TA T IN has to be administered in such cases.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Floss your tongue daily.

Rinse your mouth after every meals.

Avoid smoking,tobacco chewing,spicy foods.
