Symptoms: a tingling in one hand; then a feeling of disassociation from the hand and an inability to use it. Conscious thought is not interrupted but the speech becomes incoherent and non sensical. Thoughts race to tell the hand to 'come back' and cooperate. This can last anywhere from 30 seconds to two minutes. Any time and anywhere....can even occur while sleeping and wake you up. followed by fatigue and a feeling of being drained.
