Hi ! I would suggest you to get a routine urine test done followed by a culture sensitivity test if advised by your family physician. It could be a urinary tract infection which was not treated resulting in increased intensity of your symptoms. The second possibility is an associated pelvic infection. I think it will be better for you to get yourself reviewed by a gynaecologist who apart from examining you clinically may advise also for some investigations to arrive at a conclusion. Wishing you an early recovery.
