Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your illness.

Swelling over feet might be because of
- As a side effect of trazodone
- Worsening of physical condition.

SO you should consult your psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management before stopping trazodone.

Doctor may replace trazodone with other anti depressant drug like agomelatine or escitalopram.

Thanks.
