Swelling In Vein In Side Of Penis While Having Protected Sex, Dark Spot On Vein With Little Bump. Treatment Needed?

Hello doctor .. I had sex about two weeks ago and I did use a condom and while intercourse I felt a pinch so I took off the condom and one of my vains in the side of my penus swole up like a buble I was so scared and after a couple of hours the swelling whet down but the it got dark all the way around my penus and its been two weeks the dark ness whent away but were the vain got pinched I believe by condom and skin is still a little dark spot on the vain and a little bump still wich hurts . Will this avetualy go away or should I have some kind treatment for it to cure or don't hve sex for a while till gets better??

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a thrombosed dorsal vein of penis which might have been ruptured during intercourse and resulted in accumulating blood in subcutaneous plain giving rise to dark patch on shaft of the penis.

Normally the blood that has been accumulated will get absorbed over a period of time and no treatment is required.
You may apply blood thinner ointment like Trombophob over shaft of the penis .
